Imagine yourself surrounded by people in your life who are supportive. This
could be family, friends, coaches, healthcare practitioners, etc. Visualizing these people around you will allow your mind and body to feel supported.
Try it out one or more days during the week, see what you think, how you feel, and comment and share your experience.
