A regular gratitude practice has been shown to improve physical and
mental health. You can do this practice daily. Sometime during the day…
Press Pause
Write down all the things you are grateful for in your life. These can be
small things you take for granted (house, job, food, family) or things you
don’t often pay attention to (sun, call from a friend) or something that
happened during your day.
Try it out one or more days during the week, see what you think, how you feel, and comment and share your experience.
Was it easy? Was it difficult? Did you find it helpful? Can you try to incorporate it into your life?
