Do you pay attention to how you are feeling? Do you notice your emotions when they are happening? Many times, especially for challenging emotions, you feel them in your body first. This week, see if you can
and notice your emotions. Does your stomach feel off ? Do you feel tension in your body? Have you developed an unexplained symptom? When this happens, think about how you are feeling and see if you can connect it with an emotion. You can learn a lot about yourself and your reactions.
Try it out one or more days during the week, see what you think, how you feel, and comment and share your experience.
