and reflect on the day. Write down all the emotions you can remember
feeling throughout the day. Did you realize throughout the day that you
were feeling those emotions? Many times, we are surprised that we
experienced more positive emotions than we remember at the time.
Try it out one or more days during the week, see what you think, how you feel, and
comment and share your experience.
Was it easy? Was it difficult? Did you find it helpful? Can you try to incorporate it into your life?
