Do you get anxious? Do you tend to worry or predict something will go
poorly? Next time, that happens…
and flip the script in your head. Can you reframe or rephrase the situation
or thoughts in your head? For example, if you say, “Ugh, today’s going to
be a bad day”, rephrase it with “I wonder what I will experience today”
Try it out one or more days during the week, see what you think, how you feel, and comment
and share your experience.
Was it easy? Was it difficult? Did you find it helpful? Can you try to incorporate it into your life?
